6 Month Home Warranty:
Cleveland Restoration Group is proud to provide a comprehensive Home Warranty to our Investors. Our warranty program distinguishes us from all other Real Estate Investment Firms. All major components of the property are covered including: heating and cooling systems, water heaters, plumbing, interior and exterior electrical components, as well as structural and roofing. Warranty excludes acts of God, tenant neglect, sewer issues or power surges.
60 Day Rent Guarantee:
We are confident in our management services and our ability to place great tenants into homes. In fact, our properties are rarely vacant for more than 45 days. Our 60 Day Rent Guarantee states that if your property goes vacant within the first sixty days, we will pay the missing portion of the rent out of our pocket for sixty days.
6 Month Placement Guarantee:
If your property becomes vacant within the first six months of ownership, we will place a new tenant free of charge.
